When working on your desktop or computer, your gaze should be at eye level with the screen or monitor. To prevent a sore neck, you can use some books from your shelf and place them underneath your computer to elevate your setup to match your gaze.

2)    Chair height

Adjust the height of your chair so that your knees are about level with your hips. Your thighs should be parallel to the floor.

3)    Fitness from your desk

If you are looking to get in some exercise but are stuck at the desk all day, an under - desk elliptical may be a good investment. These allow you to exercise throughout the day without having to think about it. It keeps your posture in tact and is a discreet machine to slip under your desk.
